Before entering commercial real estate, Matt Warren spent over 20 years in the television and video production industry as a producer and editor, bringing a creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to every engagement. In 2023, Matt joined SVN Imbrie Realty, where he applies that same discipline and problem-solving approach to helping clients achieve their commercial real estate investment goals.

Matt has deep roots in real estate through a family legacy in the business. His father has been an apartment broker and investor for over 40 years, and Matt’s first job was performing turnovers on rental houses in the Dallas–Fort Worth suburbs, hands-on work that gave him a practical, ground-level understanding of property operations and ownership. That early exposure continues to inform his client-focused approach today.

A father of two teenagers, Matt values long-term thinking both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker, camper, and lover of outdoor adventure who enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest.
