Tom is a Portland native who has blended his career as a CPA with an early interest in real estate.   After graduating from Portland State in 1970 and working with a regional CPA firm, Tom rose to Executive Vice President of a multistate corporation before forming his own CPA firm in Portland.

Mr. Lackman later moved to San Francisco where he spent ten years as Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer of a commercial real estate development consortium with responsibility for financing construction and leasing over a million square feet of downtown office and retail mixed use space.
 

Tom later went on to become Managing Partner of Berg, Lackman CPA’s & Consultants in San Francisco specializing in commercial real estate.  His clients included a variety of investors, investment groups seeking to refinance or restructure, business reorganizations, and appearances as an expert witness in civil litigation. He has also been a speaker/trainer for both the California and Oregon CPA societies.
 

Tom took an early retirement in the early 2000’s but couldn’t sit still for long and founded the Lackman Commercial Group in 2005 which quickly grew and preceded formation of Keller Williams Commercial.  He sat on the original KW Commercial National Commercial Real Estate Leadership Council and their National Practice Group Leader – Investment Sales.
 

Mr. Lackman recently joined SVN | Imbrie Realty where he expects to represent current and select new clients seeking his expertise in a broad variety of leasing, property investments and dispositions in both Oregon and Arizona.
