CCIM awards "Transaction of the Year” to Ryan Imbrie of SVN Imbrie Realty

Ryan Imbrie of SVN | Imbrie Realty was awarded the “Transaction of the Year” award by the Oregon/Southwest Washington chapter of the CCIM Institute. The award was presented on December 7, 2016 at the 2016 CCIM Annual Awards Banquet. The event honored 2016’s most notable professionals and transactions in the States of Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Ryan was honored with the “Transaction of the Year” award for his involvement in the closing of Jackson Creek Shopping Center located in Medford Oregon. The 87,410 sq ft retail center sits on 7.16 acres and is anchored by Albertson’s grocery store. Despite numerous challenges and obstacles that arose during the transaction period, Ryan closed the deal through creative negotiation and perseverance.

Since 2014, Ryan has been the recipient of two “Transaction of the Year” awards by the Oregon/Southwest Washington chapter of the CCIM Institute. Ryan specializing in the sale of single-tenant retail and multi-tenant shopping center property throughout the Northwest. Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2004, Ryan has exceeded $250 million in career sales volume. His financial background, creativity and transaction experience have made him an asset to his clients.
