My name is Jeremiah Wilgus and I am an Advisor with SVN – Imbrie Realty.  I specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Portland MSA and throughout western Oregon. 

I began my career in real estate began in 1997 working as an appraiser for an independent firm in southern Oregon. In 2003 I purchased the firm and operated it until 2015.  During that timeframe, I expanded the firm by hiring multiple appraisers and widening the coverage area to include Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Hood River, Lane, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.  As Oregon slowly recovered from the recession of 2008-2009 I began looking for a new challenge.  In 2015 I transitioned from appraisal into brokerage and found a home with SVN.

My extensive experience in the research and analysis of properties in diverse market areas throughout multiple economic cycles allows me to offer my clients a unique perspective into their real estate holdings. 

When I am not working, I spend as much time as I can with my wife, Katie, and two children.  We enjoy camping, spending time at the family cabin, and traveling to warm sunny destinations.
