Carl Grending, CCIM joined SVN in 2010 as a Senior Advisor specializing in office/retail  leasing and sale. Over the years Carl has worked with many local and national brands, helping them procure strategic locations for expansion and success. Carl brings a value-add to his clients by utilizing his in-depth market analysis and business background to help his clients achieve their goals.

Since beginning his career in the commercial real estate market, Carl has worked with many different types of companies, ranging from medical offices, to restaurants, to mattress stores, to trampoline parks. With his background in business, an MBA, and a CCIM, he can help navigate the complexities of the purchase/sale or leasing of a property. Carl’s in-depth knowledge of finance and commercial real estate allow him to create effective strategies to meet his customers’ needs and objectives.
 
Over the years, Carl has managed companies and owns properties, which gives him the understanding in all aspects of business operations including financial management, contract negotiation, administration, space planning, move management, and organizational policy and procedures.
