Beth is a commercial real estate investment broker. Licensed in both Oregon, she has extensive experience in the disposition of market, 1031 exchanges and REO properties, including multifamily. Beth’s clients are typically owners and investors of multifamily properties from 5 to 200 units in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region.
 

She has been directly involved with over $500M in sales or transactions, from the marketing, contract review and negotiations through closing. She works closely with investors, receivers, trustees, REO officers and attorneys. Beth has also served as an “expert witness” on commercial multifamily real estate legal cases.

Beth goes directly to market with any “for sale” properties because she strongly believes that by marketing a property to “all the national market outlets” at the same time and co-oping with outside brokers, she will achieve the highest price possible for her clients. Beth acts as a single point of accountability for her clients with a strong team of resources and professionals working with her to ensure that every transaction is completed with the utmost commitment and highest standards of service delivery.
